Job ** MGA Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth through innovative digital strategies. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the VP of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive revenue across our product lines.

Key *

  • Digital * Develop and oversee the companys digital marketing strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Team * Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Online * Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Content * Lead content development efforts, including video, social media, blog posts, and email marketing, to engage and captivate our audience.
  • Data * Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing efforts, monitor ROI, and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to drive online sales and improve the user experience on our websites.
  • SEO and ** Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.
  • Social Media * Oversee social media strategy and execution to build and maintain a strong online community.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation in digital marketing.
  • Budget ** Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired results.


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in senior digital marketing roles with a track record of driving growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing agency partners.
  • Experience in toys / kids landscape preferred.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
  • Passion for toys, entertainment, and childrens products is a plus.
