Key Responsibilities:

Analyst, Digital Marketing will aid in the development, implementation, tracking, and optimizations of digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels and points of sale. Analyst will also project manage creative development as part of the campaign launch process. Analyst will partner closely with Manager and other DM Analysts on ensuring campaign strategies meet team goals.

  • Manage creative process for digital marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery
  • This includes timeline development, monitoring progress, and compiling feedback
  • Collaborate, present and communicate campaign strategies based on business objectives and goals
  • Contribute to development, implementation, and testing of digital marketing campaigns
  • Participate in conversations with agencies, internal collaborators, and vendors regularly
  • Contribute to cross-channel planning, pivotal initiatives, creative reviews, etc.
  • Apply strong analytical ability to measure and report performance for paid campaigns and assess against goal and industry trends
  • Recommend campaign optimizations based on performance and insights
  • Plan, implement, and measure A/B tests

Note: This is a hybrid role based in Chicago

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Marketing, Business, related field
  • Demonstrable experience in paid media and/or creative execution, (preferably paid social and display)
  • Knowledge of digital media and measurement
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, data driven thinking
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Intellectual curiosity, desire to learn, ability to take initiative, test new concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple partners
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Master's degree
  • MBA
  • 1 year of travel/airline experience
  • Strong airline or travel industry business acumen and the willingness to deep dive into the industry
  • Experience reviewing creative and working with brand guidelines
  • Creative project management experience
  • Experience copy writing
