Lead the global digital marketing strategies, plans and tactical executions for the commercial and consumer channels supporting Life Fitness’ brand portfolio. Identify, develop, and lead the Digital Marketing team through global execution of activities related to websites, eCommerce, lead generation, marketing automation/email, social media and digital analytics.


  • Lead strategy, planning execution, and evolution of B2B and B2C digital platforms
  • Develop and drive annual strategic planning for digital marketing ensuring support of global marketing goals and initiatives and digital channel excellence
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the international digital marketers ensuring alignment with global goals, strategies and KPIs, and inclusion in global digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and segment marketing, international marketing, IT and creative services to identify and deliver digital strategies and solutions to meet business and initiative/campaign goals
  • Drive the strategic plan for the platform evolution, content strategy, governance and on-going management of Life Fitness’ 30+ global websites.
  • Design and lead the team in implementation of strategies to increase volume and conversion of commercial sales leads leveraging the CRM platform, email, and marketing automation tactics to nurture and convert leads for marketing initiatives
  • Lead development of B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a best-in-class eCommerce experience, supporting our products and services globally
  • Direct the digital marketing support plan, partnering closely with sales, including creative strategy execution, media plan, market analysis, product mix, customer experience, marketing automation, and CRM strategy.
  • Drive the strategic plan for social media leveraging social platforms to drive business goals, support marketing campaigns, and increase brand affinity across portfolio
  • Manage development and on-going monitoring of digital KPIs, tracking of digital initiative/campaign results, optimization of results for improved platform and campaign performance, and reporting of key metrics and results to marketing leadership
  • Serve on marketing leadership team providing insight, guidance and recommendations on how the digital marketing team can help deliver business goals and solve marketing challenges
  • Manage external vendors, contractors and agency partnerships including leading annual scope/contract renewal negotiations, initiative-level scope/contract determination, adherence, and deliverable management
  • Manage the digital marketing budget including annual budget planning, monthly billing processing, forecasting, reconciliation and overall budget adherence
