Job is located in Addison, IL.

Job Function Summary:

• Work with the business to create and communicate requirements, solution proposals, business process designs (BPD) and business system designs (BSD) that meet the business needs and adhere to departmental documentation standards
• Work with developers to understand the designs and validate that the software solution will satisfy the business requirements
• Conduct functional testing of implemented applications, and provide the initial support of these applications when moved to production
• Identify and resolve problems and provide user support including providing functional/technical level support and appropriate training for all SAP related applications
• Interface knowledge including troubleshooting, analyzing, & solving problems between SAP and ancillary systems (i.e. 3PL Solutions)
• Communicating and providing support with SAP MM/WM/PP/IM users and SAP team on related methodologies

Job Functions:

• Responsible for supporting full operation of SAP MM/WM/PP/IM modules (including Supply Chain) for the organization, including troubleshooting, necessary training, documentation, creating functional requirements, testing, maintenance and policies/controls
