Business Analyst - SAP HCM / Talent; Dallas, TX - Working knowledge of SAP HCM/ESS/MSS/Talent as a Business Analyst - Prefer Airline EXP - Highly analytical, Strong task o Obtain and organize additional Requirements detail o Organize and document technical design solutions via sessions with Tech-Lead & Engineers. - Working knowledge of Agile methodology o JIRA tool (container setup and management) o Converting high-level User Requirements into executable, detailed User Stories to enable development. - Obtain and report on status for projects - Create process documentation for the Team as necessary - Unit test case creation - Coordinate technical roadmap items - Coordinate with infrastructure teams - Participate/Drive Team Agile ceremonies
