Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid) The Breakers is seeking a creative, self-starter who balances a high level of creativity and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Must have experience in content creation and digital marketing—including email marketing, website management and paid advertising—and be a tech-savvy, storyteller who can create high quality, valuable content to attract, inform and engage an audience, while also promoting the brand.Ideal candidate is an excellent, versatile writer with a strong background in content creation and a passion for photography. Hybrid working environment will be considered. Candidates must live locally and be able to visit property for projects or as needed. Responsibilities IncludeDevelop engaging and innovative content for marketing campaignsLead and conduct photo and video shoots for content to be used across all marketing channelsCollaborate with other members of the Marketing & Communications teams to support broader marketing initiatives through the creation of high-quality contentHelp manage paid digital advertising efforts including social media, display campaigns, custom placements, paid search and SEOQualifications/RequirementsMinimum 5 years of marketing or communications experience, focusing on creating digital content that drives leads and conversations. Demonstrate strong written communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to create clear messages that resonate with the intended audience.A strong eye for visual composition and experience managing photo and video shootsProficiency with digital marketing platforms and demonstrated success managing initiatives for brands is required.Ability to think strategically and leverage a variety of tactics to achieve measurable goals.Great people skills and ability to work cross-functionally across internal teams to get input and manage deadlines.Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of website management tools, content management systems and HTMLWell versed in digital marketing platforms and analytic toolsAbility to contribute individually, work with various specialized teams and collaborate with othersProficiency in day-to-day office management tools including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop)Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related fields preferredExperience in hotel/travel industry and/or luxury lifestyle sector preferred
