Johnson & Johnson Medical Device Companies is recruiting for a Manager, Digital Marketing for Johnson & Johnson Institute. This position will be located in Raynham, MA. Alternate locations for this role are Cincinnati, OH, West Chester, PA, Raritan, NJ, Irvine, CA and Warsaw, IN.

This is an outstanding opportunity to lead the global strategy, development and execution of Johnson & Johnson Institute digital marketing across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech businesses in close collaboration with the Education Technology team and the Johnson & Johnson Enterprise Communications team. This role will operate on both a strategic and tactical level, planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns across the globe to improve Johnson & Johnson Institute brand awareness and promote our education offerings. This role is a major contributor to growing traffic, registration and utilization of our JnJInstitute.com global education platform!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the JnJInstitute.com digital marketing strategy and execution in partnership with the Global Director of Johnson and Johnson Institute Online Learning

  • Lead Johnson & Johnson Institute global digital marketing and social media campaign strategies and execution to drive increased brand awareness, traffic, registration, and utilization of JnJInstitute.com; develop a nurture strategy to drive return users and content engagement

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing and social media editorial calendar aligned to priority campaigns to achieve critical metrics

  • Be the internal authority; serve as a change agent to lead, shape and deploy JnJInstitute.com digital marketing tactics globally

  • Define digital key performance indicators; build scalable mechanisms to track and report results and return on investment, point to successes and roadblocks, and define solutions

  • Promote learning through metrics and market research; stay apprised of industry standards, competitive benchmarking, the latest digital marketing trends and new technologies

  • Liaise with creative agencies and production teams to lead deliverables

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 to $166,750. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required

  • A Master’s or advanced degree is preferred

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience is required

  • A minimum of 4 years in global healthcare roles such as Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other applicable experience

  • Global experience building and implementing robust online marketing and social media campaigns including SEM/SEO, PPC and social media advertising, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing and affiliate marketing

  • Broad knowledge for how digital marketing works with an omni-channel approach (i.e. other websites, 3rd parties, associations, online "hot spots," etc.)

  • Talent for storytelling and content creation; excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • An eye for design aligned to targeted audience and digital marketing channel requirements

  • Strong data analysis skills; ability to measure digital marketing performance to gain insights and influence future strategies; demonstrates a test and learn mentality

  • Creative problem solver; ability to navigate through ambiguity in both strategic and tactical matters

  • Self-motivated leader able to handle complex projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment

Other:

  • This position may require up to 10% domestic travel

  • This is an office based role, 3 days per week, ideally based out of Raynham, Massachusetts. Alternate locations for this role are Cincinnati, OH, West Chester, PA, Raritan, NJ, Irvine, CA and Warsaw, IN.
