Job Description

Position Summary

This position has responsibility of managing the strategic development and growth of new initiatives, project management, development and day-to-day operations of the company's core Web site (IntervalWorld.com), identifying opportunities, brand management and functionalities, as well as all day-to-day ongoing activities of our other sites such as LeisureTimePassport, CondoDirect, DreamVacationWeek, etc., including mobile site. This position has primary responsibilities for the company mobile app working part of an Agile team. Responsibilities include managing the growth of the sites features in online channels with the goals of continuous improvement for increased online usage and revenues.

Responsibilities

Finds, presents, and works with IT to implement opportunities for improving website usability and increasing online revenue by reviewing data and interpreting online behavior. Defines site functionality specifications and manages development and continuous improvement of sites interface and design. Coordinates programming and creative design team efforts to achieve objectives in a fast-paced, aggressive entrepreneurial environment.

Serve as Product owner representing the business within an Agile team focused on the ongoing development of the company app. Working closely with ScrumMaster and the technical team, lead the group in a fast-moving environment ensuring business goals are met.

Assists in various other web-related initiatives and projects as required, including but not limited to content management and deployment, web site audits, and support online initiatives.

Manages budget as well as responsibility for aggressive revenue targets for e-commerce and continuously strives to create additional revenue by improving site conversion and expanding marketing channels. Responsible for defining the budget.

Manages relationships with digital marketing service providers.

Manages and optimizes the pay-per-click marketing to drive increased ROI as well as managing the affiliate networks to constantly increase revenues by optimizing current affiliate relationships and adding new networks. Also will manage the ad serving platform and trafficking of ads from internal advertising partners as well as external networks.

Enhance all sites, and Interval International's digital capabilities by keeping abreast of industry news, technologies, trends and opportunities.

Provides input and direction into editorial messages in the company's consumer digital outlets globally, with the goal of creating clear and consistent messages in all channels to reinforce and increase online usage.

Liaise with international offices and coordinate international efforts.

Requirements

Must possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent education and experience.

Must possess a strong understanding of web and email metrics, tracking and analysis.

Agile experience a plus.

Must possess 2-3 years marketing experience with business savvy and strong project management skills.

Must have knowledge of content management and site analytics.

Must possess excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

Must have demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in cross-functional teams, and remain flexible in fast paced and changing environment.

Excellent oral/written communication, presentation, analytical skills and interpersonal skills.

Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
