JOB TITLE:
Instructional Designer: SAP and Manufacturing Process Management

JOB SUMMARY:
Develop and revise instructional materials, based on Company objectives, in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements including the performance of complex duties in Instructional Design.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QAULIFICATIONS:
● Bachelors’ Degree in Education, Instructional Design or related field. Masters preferred.
● Five years of experience in Designing, developing and maintaining training course curriculums and end-user training material on large Enterprise Resource Planning projects.
· Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and cordial manner using oral, written, visual interpersonal and customer service skills to facilitate the learning experience.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and PowerPoint.
● Must be able to climb stairs and move about the production floor, other offices and on and off aircraft with or without accommodation.

● Ability to understand and create process design documentation to support Manufacturing Execution Systems, purchasing, material management and finance various compliance requirements and demonstrative proficiency in systems which create and present learning materials.
● Knowledge and development of storyboards for the development of e-learning courses.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Familiar with Aircraft Completion Processes.
● Familiar with the French language and business culture.
● Familiar with software tools such as uPerform, Workforce Productivity Builder (Preferred) MS Visio, Articulate, Articulate, Mircrosoft Office and SAP Training Enviornment.
● Experience with conducting needs assessment and analysis to enable design and development of training materials such as participant guides, instructor guides and presentations for instructor-led courses.
● Knowledge and development of storyboards for the development of e-learning courses.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
● Develop SCORM compliant eLearning software that conforms with sound instructional development strategies.
· Work with learning customers and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to interpret & define learning objectives.
● Communicate status, progress and issues in training classes and related projects as appropriate.
● Advise teaching and administrative staff in curriculum development and use of material and equipment.
● Assist SME’s in Classroom Delivery Team Teaching which includes, but is not limited to working from a released plan of instructions and lesson plan. Preparation of a student materials, entering course evaluations into databases and filling out of necessary for training records.
● Ensure Classroom is equipped with supplies and resources needed to conduct the training class.
● Participate in a program testing / Pilots to ensure course is “Fit for Purpose”.
Additional Requirements \ Preferences:
● Knowledge of SAP with experience with one or more of the following: inventory management, project systems, production planning, finance, cost accounting, material management.
