The Creative Group's Markham-based client in the real estate and property management sector is currently seeking an entry-level designer educated in Graphic Design, Publishing or equivalent with some web experience to join their in-house marketing department.

The ideal candidate would thrive in a dynamic, project-based environment which values clear, independent thinking and the ability to communicate effectively. This position reports to the Director of Marketing as an integral member of our team responsible for the upkeep of shopping centre plans, print/web promotion, and assisting the marketing department as needed.

Duties include:

• Creation & modification of companies shopping centre plans

• Update & output plans in various formats for web, print etc.

• Use of related tools (binding equipment, electric paper cutter etc.)

• Support Marketing Department in creating and updating presentations, marketing materials and other print/digital media

• Assist in maintaining a small number of websites, including a corporate intranet

• Conversion of file formats
