Job Description:

As a Director, Digital Marketing, you will lead and manage a wide range of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives that promote ePlus by driving brand recognition and market awareness. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a passion for learning about new technologies in a rapidly changing landscape, while also able to harness our current tools and methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive digital marketing management to ensure achievement of brand recognition, market awareness and lead generation goals as follows:
* Build, manage, and execute annual digital marketing roadmap
* Mentor, manage and motivate digital marketing team, continually building and up-leveling team skills and experience
* Responsible for all ePlus and affiliates digital footprints (website, landing pages, digital publications, emails, social media, etc.)
* Optimize and maintain ePlus marketing technology stack
* Manage vendor relations with third-party agencies supporting ePlus' digital marketing efforts
* Digital owner for high impact company events and projects both internal and external
* Ongoing collaboration with IT and Sales Operations leadership for technical and process optimization
* Oversee the development, creation and optimization of digital content, assets and targeted campaigns to drive lead generation and sales
* Manage KPIs, marketing data and analytics capabilities and resources across the organization to measure success and drive AI insights

Job Knowledge/Skills:

* Demonstrated experience designing and managing websites, web strategies, and user experience principles (external and internal)
* Comfortable collaborating with IT staff and 3rd-party vendors (e.g., project management, technical guidance and change control procedures)
* Experience posting across all social media platforms (paid and/or organic)
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strict attention-to-detail
* Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a cross-departmental team structure as well as across all levels of an organization

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing
* 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing
* Adept at leading a small team as a player/coach, successfully executing on all aspects of the organization's digital footprint

Physical Requirements of Position:

Ability of finger dexterity to be used primarily to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects or pinching fingers together. Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands and / or fingers. Speech ability must be at a level where one must convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly or quickly. Hearing ability must be at a level to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information. Visual ability must be average with ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery. Physical strength for sedentary work with sitting most of the time. May have to exert or lift up to 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally.
