Location - East or Central Time Zone Preferred. Remote with 5-10% travel.

Wolters Kluwer Health LRP is seeking an experienced, analytics-driven digital marketer to lead and manage its revenue generating digital properties and strategy (ecommerce websites, marketing websites, digital media spend). Other areas of ownership and responsibility include web analytics, marketing campaign analytics, acquisition channels (SEO, Social), web and mobile testing and optimization, and an internal creative studio (providing web/mobile creative and UX capabilities). An overarching goal is continuous improvement of metrics - increasing conversions to qualified leads and sales, driving down cost per acquisition (CPA), and increasing loyalty, retention, cross-sell, and customer lifetime value (CLTV) over time. The individual must be comfortable collaborating with peers in the brand team, marketing operations, data analytics/data science, the marketing center of excellence, technology and our corporate marketing divisions to collaborate and drive outcomes. In addition, this role will collaborate with digital marketing leaders in the Health Division to share best practices and support joint projects as needed.

The Director, Digital Marketing is also HLRP's point of contact for our OneWeb corporate initiative. He/she will work closely with Health Division OneWeb peers and drive efficiencies by leveraging web site information architecture frameworks, site taxonomies, and user flows to create highly usable and intuitive web experiences to maximize our web conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, enhance and grow our direct to consumer presence and ecommerce sites

  • Manage web analytics, setting KPIs, tag management, dashboards and deeper analyses

  • Manage testing and optimization to drive demonstrable impact on our performance goals

  • Drive web initiatives with deep personalization capabilities (market segmentation and/or onsite web traffic) on platforms such as the Adobe Marketing Suite, AEM, Sitecore that demonstrate measurable lifts in site traffic, conversion, and impact to sales

  • Drive strategies for user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention; align with marketing to set corresponding goals across other channels (e.g. paid search, organic, social, etc.).

  • Oversee an internal creative studio (web/mobile creative and UX) to drive a world-class experience that maximizes online conversions

  • Collaborate with other marketing leaders (corporate and division) to accelerate our digital marketing maturity

Qualifications

  • 10 or more years digital marketing experience with a focus on ecommerce, publishing and analytics

  • 8 years of experience building and managing teams

  • Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred (Information Sciences, etc.)

  • Agency experience is a plus

  • Proven ability to drive positive business outcomes

  • Knowledge of and experience with digital marketing tactics and channels such as SEO, SEM, display and social

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to translate ideas into actionable projects with defined goals and outcomes

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Tableau a plus

  • Experience with testing and optimization

  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to lead and build consensus

  • Strong creative skills and the ability to both set a vision as well as devise more tactical solutions
