The Director of Digital Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for strategizing and executing our integrated digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, the ability to analyze market data, and the creativity to implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience driving both acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through digital channels, building brand awareness, and leading a high-performing marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s growth objectives. Drive an integrated strategy that ensures high acquisition growth while still resonating with NOBULL’s loyal consumer to drive long term retention.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and ROAS. Responsible for delivering on traffic and revenue targets to support the delivery of the total budget while driving a strong brand voice.
- Lead initiatives across all digital marketing channels, including email marketing, SEO, paid search, social media, and affiliates. Partner with the brand and product marketing teams along with the site experience team to drive consistent storytelling to the consumer across all touch points.
- Responsible for all agency relationships. Ensure agencies are well briefed on the seasonal priorities and are aligned to our strategy and initiatives and are regularly reading out results.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Partner with the analytics team on building out appropriate revenue attribution and media mix modelling to ensure the cleanest level of data and utilize to optimize spend
- Build a first party data strategy to alleviate impacts of a cookieless future alongside the analytics team
- Build and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in strategic planning and execution.
- Expertise in utilizing digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to drive decision-making.
- Previous experience managing agencies.
- Previous experience managing a multi-leveled team.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and scaling marketing efforts in a competitive landscape.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.
