Snowflake is growing fast and we’re searching for a data driven individual to join our team as the Director of Digital Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 exceptional digital marketers focused on digital initiatives aligned to Snowflake’s core business initiatives.
AS A DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
- Lead a team of 10 digital marketers specialized across channels including a mix of social, display, SEO/SEM to drive contact acquisition, lead generation, and awareness.
- Be responsible for executing on existing initiatives while innovating across channels and tactics to align to global business priorities and campaigns.
- Plan and manage budget for all of digital marketing including granular ROI reporting and insights.
- Measure, analyze and report performance for all digital marketing campaigns and channels using data to drive improvement and increase conversion rates.
- Engage with and leverage the marketing intelligence team to build and refine reporting dashboards and visualizations for the digital team as well as other internal stakeholders
- Review new technologies and make recommendations to keep Snowflake at the forefront of innovation and best practices.
- Work with marketing peers to ensure content development is conducive to online acquisition of targeted personas.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- 8+ Years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, targeted demand generation, and data-driven insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective, cross-functional and global relationships.
- Experience working directly with marketing ops and web team to ensure best-possible performance and conversion.
- Ability to skillfully and confidently grow the digital function to support company revenue and growth targets Extensive experience with digital media planning and buying including use of programmatic buying and direct buying through LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Bing, Google Display, Facebook, and other display networks
- Experience and relationships managing key vendors
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $187,000 - $278,200.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
