Join us.About the RoleAs the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for building and optimizing our entire ecosystem (including, web, social media, digital advertising) to drive increased enrollment and utilization of our digital treatments. You will also be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation to move members through the funnel, increase conversion rates, and improve the integrity of member data.What You'll Do:Strategic Planning and ExecutionBuild and maintain our roadmap for digital marketing efforts that drive toward our enrollment goalsManage and build our marketing automation strategy and program, including email, SMS/Push, to drive our enrollment goalsDevelop triggered member experience journeys and maps designed to support our member lifecycleContinuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting tactics and strategyImprove the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation to better members through the funnel, increase conversion rates, and improve the integrity of member dataAct as a player coach for the digital marketing department - designing and executing strategic initiatives initially. Eventually hiring and building the digital marketing department in 2023 and beyondStay up to date on the latest digital trends, manage our members engagement lifecycle to ensure members are moving through the consumer marketing funnelWeb, Email & SocialManage and improve our online content, optimizing for SEO/SEMManage our Google Analytics account to ensure our digital channels are performing as expectedOversee the migration of our web and client landing pages to a new CMS; including the ongoing management of content and page conversionsDesign and implement a digital advertising program that includes thoughtful use of data, analytics and opportunities for retargetingOversee the company’s consumer facing social media accountsWork with the Content Manager to drive meaningful engagement and growth, including implementation of our annual content calendar within our digital channelsExecute a regular cadence of A/B testing to ensure digital channels and messaging are optimizedOversee the development and implementation of new email marketing programIn partnership with our Product team, identify areas of opportunity to reduce friction and increase enrollment within our appsOwn overall digital marketing technology stack; evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve the process and optimize performanceOversee the implementation of our marketing automation platformWhat You Bring:Minimum of 6 years of digital marketing experienceProven past experience in building and implementing effective digital marketing strategies/campaignsExperience managing a team of individual contributors and managersProven track record running successful email campaignsExperience with a content management system (e.g. WordPress)Sound knowledge of web designExperience with Google Analytics, CRM software, and SEO/SEM toolsExperience working with a variety of digital marketing tools as well as best practices (Optimizely, LiveRamp, etc)Strong verbal as well as written communication skillsExceptional time-management and organizational skillsAn analytical mind with a problem-solving attitudeExperience in a B2B2C environmentBe part of a team that includes clinical psychologists, software engineers, business leaders and even a former karaoke entrepreneur (shh… it’s a secret)Surround yourself with the smartest, most enthusiastic, and dedicated people you’ll ever meet, but who listen well, learn from their mistakes and when things go wrong, generously pull together to help each other outCheck out our values - they’re a living, breathing part of our cultureEnjoy benefits including a generous vacation policy, professional development fund, flexible working locations and moreCompetitive salary packages including stock optionsAdditionally, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
