What does a successful Digital Product Marketing Professional do at Fiserv?
Fiserv is a world-class technology organization delivering the next generation of powerful data insights and decisioning solutions to financial institutions, fintech, consumer/business credit bureaus, government agencies and merchants.
As a successful Senior Product Marketing Professional, you will develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to increase market awareness for Fiserv's digital solutions in the Output category, as well as focus on consumer digital adoption programs.
What you will do:
• Develop product marketing plans for assigned product solutions working in conjunction with product leaders, sales, and client delivery teams and in accordance with strategic priorities.
• Develop marketing plans for assigned product solutions inclusive of objectives, positioning, persona messaging, sales tools, campaigns, events, and executional tactics.
• Work within the Pragmatic Marketing framework to build all components of the plan including positioning, persona messaging, sales tools, campaigns, events, and tactical elements.
• Generate and utilize marketing analytics and reporting to aid in consumer adoption (acquisition and retention) campaign optimization efforts
• Work with internal/external agency and creative resources to build out tactical and go-to-market elements. Monitor, report and evaluate plan effectiveness.
• Alignment of the integration of digital product marketing plan and strategies with Fiserv Enterprise initiatives as required.
• Support new products launches or enhancements as required by Product Management.
• Coordinate with Digital Leadership and Product Management on continual assessment of market and competitive analysis
• Lead product marketing efforts inclusive of product naming and positioning, all collateral and associated needs
What you will need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business field
• Minimum 3 years marketing experience in large product marketing organization or agency experience
• Minimum 3 years in banking, financial services, and/or technology industry
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Pragmatic Marketing
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the flexibility to shift priority projects as required
• Significant influencing/people management experience
• Technology product marketing experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications including the ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas
• Experience excelling in a highly matrixed organization
