Description of Primary Responsibilities
- Provides supervision to departmental staff.
- Demonstrates successful leadership by selecting and building talent.
- Responsible for performance management of assigned staff, including recognition, performance evaluations, formal coaching and counseling, and making decisions or recommendations regarding necessary disciplinary actions.
- Responsible for making recommendations regarding hiring or firing, and the advancement and promotion of assigned staff or any other change status of assigned staff.
- Demonstrates core leadership behaviors and team one approach.
- Responsible for communicating with staff.
- Builds a successful team and aligns team performance.
- Provides and/or ensures employees receive instruction/training needed to successfully complete their assigned job responsibilities while ensuring compliance with training plan. In addition to onboarding, provides on the job training to develop employees and provides/arranges for remediation when necessary.
- Manages work of assigned team. Assigns duties to employees and provides daily guidance and supervision based on manager's operational direction. On a daily basis, monitors staff performance, department staffing, and mitigates and resolves any issues preventing goal attainment, providing constant feedback to manager.
- Ensures that employees are aware of and adhere to company workflows, procedures, and policies. When appropriate, immediately corrects actions or behaviors outside of company policies and procedures. Identifies trend offenses, reporting as frequently as necessary to the manager based on severity of offense.
- Recommends workflow and procedure changes based on observations from the floor.
- Assists Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations in ensuring department expenses stay within budget.
- Maintains compliance with all employee related reporting and tracking.
- Responsible for assignment workflows for the Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist to ensure the production of internal and external deliverables.
- Oversees Monday.com task software.
- Assigns tasks and deadlines to the Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist.
- Ensures production timelines are met.
- Responsible for the development of digital design, content, layout, and collateral materials such as printing, and distribution of FHCN brochures, flyers, press kits, annual reports, newsletters, and social media materials.
- Ensures all content and copywritten material is correct and up to date.
- Ensures branding guidelines are followed and reviewed including templates, logos, etc.
- Manages plans to improve online content and listing management, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Publish content to the company website, digital, and social media platforms.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the FHCN website.
- Completes quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy of the website.
- Maintains ADA website compliance and completes the annual compliance review.
- Manages digital marketing platforms and execution of strategies.
- Assists the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations with building a digital marketing plan and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Conducts research and reporting on market share, competitors, Reputation Management, Google Business Analytics, social media, and other forms of internal or external advertising.
- Acts as a liaison to digital marketing vendors.
- Oversees all the company's social media accounts.
- Responsible for supporting the communications plan and proposing communication campaigns.
- Coordinates multi-media packages and presents ideas to the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations.
- Ensures content and copywritten materials are complete.
- Supports presentation management for Executive leadership for special events, meetings, etc. including PowerPoint presentation development.
- Supports the development of briefs and talking points for key presentations.
- Responsible for coordinating photos and video production and content for the Network.
- Drafts and proposes plans for video production, including commercial content.
- Coordinates photo and video shoots through the entire process.
- Responsible for supervision related to all marketing/communications service lines, including The Book Nook and PACE.
- Supervises The Book Nook Graphics and communications.
- Oversees and supervises The Book Nook website and content, working in concert with The Book Nook Store Manager.
- Oversees and supervises The Book Nook and PACE social media platform scheduling.
- Oversees and supervises content creation for The Book Nook and PACE's social media posts and communications.
- Completes reports to measure ROI and KPIs on multiple/all digital platforms.
- Responsible for preparing digital marketing activity reports monthly and quarterly.
- Monitors patient web correspondence and deploys ARMS reports as appropriate.
- Supports the development of reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Description of Primary Attributes
Professional & Technical Knowledge:
- Possesses specific advanced knowledge and skills, including written and verbal communication skills, computational, computer, and technical skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, preferred or comparable work experience; and
- 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Two years of leadership experience or five years of progressively greater responsibility or significant contributions to projects and initiatives demonstrating leadership skills.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to prepare more complex documents in Microsoft Word, including creating tables, charts, graphs, and other elements.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel to analyze data, including formulas, functions, lookup tables, and other standard spreadsheet elements.
- Ability to develop sophisticated presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including embedded objects, transitions, and other elements.
- Full knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Typeform, Hootsuite or comparable platform, Active or similar platform, Hubspot or comparable platform, and Flipbook or comparable platform.
- Full knowledge of capturing and reporting on Google Analytics and all social Media Platform Analytics.
- Requires strong copywriting and editing skills.
Licenses & Certifications: None required.
Communications Skills:
- Job duties require the employee to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, their opinions and extrapolations of information they collect and synthesize/analyze.
- Compiles, analyzes and prepares information/analytics in an effective written form, including correspondence, reports, articles, or other documentation.
- Effectively conveys technical information to non-technical audiences.

Pay Scale:
Min Salary Rate: $67,000.00
Max Salary Rate: $107,200.00
