Responsibilities

The Digital Strategist will be a vital part of the winning digital marketing strategy for all products and properties to create value for Mohawk and Mohawk’s Retailers though greater brand awareness, increase lead generation, and increase customer engagement/experience by leveraging Mohawk’s Internal and External recourses.

  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing to develop comprehensive and cohesive B2B2C strategies and campaigns that provide relevancy and value for the consumer while improving key engagement metrics.
  • Create alignment with Brand and Creative to develop standards for all digital requirements across channels including updates, design, and user experience for com (Mohawkflooring.com, Karastan.com, Pergo.com) and Dealer.com (Omnify and Edge Local Advertising) properties.
  • Coordinate and design persona-based, primarily digital user journeys to improve consumer engagement opportunities and deepen the relationship throughout each phase of the lifecycle.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners (including Brand, Channel, Vendors, Agencies, IT, Operations, Legal and Procurement) to execute the plan efficiently and flawlessly.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Team and Communicators Team to provide ongoing analysis of campaign results and act on insights.
  • Rapidly grow Mohawk’s Account Based Marketing / Marketing automation capabilities.
  • Coordinate with other teams to operationalize ABM planning, salesforce tracking, and new metrics generation.
  • Build relationships through collaboration with strategic vendors, sales operations, digital SAS providers, and agencies to drive innovation, improvement and leadership for Mohawk’s digital strategy.
  • Differentiate Mohawk from online competition and identify additional marketplace opportunities and present value-added solutions.
  • Maintains effective, productive and professional working relationship with internal and external customers, third party vendors, project management office, relationship managers, and governance organizations in accomplishing project objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Information Systems Required. MBA/MS Preferred.

  • 5 + years working in a digital marketing capacity with clear signs of progression
  • Quality communication and presentation skills are a must
  • Working knowledge of web properties including Ecommerce, Website Page design, and Customer Communities (preferably Salesforce)
  • Workfront or similar project management tool
  • Digital advertisement and tracking platforms/tools for: paid social, search, or Display advertisement
  • Excellent creative and analytical capabilities
  • Adaptable, creative problem solver wanting to help evolve marketing strategy and influence adoption across the organization

  • Consistently proven ability to manage/implement projects and contributes to concept development.
