The Digital Marketing Strategist has primary responsibility for supporting Cogir Management's Sales and Marketing Department. They are the subject-matter expert, responsible for the coordination, execution, and optimization of highly effective digital marketing strategies, resulting in organic and paid lead generation, and contributing to top-line revenue growth.
Work Setting - in-person, in our Roseville, CA office. Office Hours, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities
- Lead organic and paid media strategy to drive visibility, engagement, conversions, and leads.
- Assess trends and changes in Google Analytics and audit campaign performance to drive growth and improvements to lead generation.
- Proactively stays relevant with changes to local SEO and SEM industry, Google, Yelp, Facebook, and online review platforms.
- Analyze collaborative data and analytics, and report on metrics, to further enhance digital strategies to increase performance and support growth.
- Research, identify, develop, and execute new digital touchpoints that will grow digital footprint across multiple channels and platforms.
- Collaborate with other team members, assist in implementing solutions to streamline workflows, create increased visibility and engagement, and drive lead generation using digital solutions such as text and email marketing, automation, online reviews (ORM), and surveying via CRM and other marketing technologies.
- Assist 3rd party vendors with competitive insights to help support community goals by assessing consumer and referral trends and the competitive digital landscape to optimize online performance.
- Collaborate with web partners to provide feedback on enhancements for lead intake and flow, SEO, SEM, digital assets, functionality, KPI, and analytics that will tie back to overall digital performance.
- Maintain, update, and review website content promptly, under tight deadlines.
- Support other members of the Cogir Sales and Marketing team as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience, managing digital marketing, preferably for a company with a multi-site presence.
- Experience in Senior Living or Hospitality preferred.
- Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to present information clearly and creatively.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Knowledge of Web Content Management tools, WordPress, Google Analytics Reporting, etc.
- Web design experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Creative, innovative, committed, and a self-starter, demonstrating good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to travel, with occasional work on evenings, and/or weekends.
