As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for driving growth and generating brand awareness through digital marketing and social media strategies.

Additional responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies through the use of advertising campaigns and always-on content to drive follower growth and brand engagement.
  • Oversee social media content planning, production publishing, and community management for all social media platforms.
  • Actively participate in key meetings, reporting on tactics to support brand priorities.
  • Collaborate with videographers, photographers, and copy writers to create engaging content that supports branding and growth objectives.
  • Communicate monthly production plans and content calendars to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare analytics and social listening reports by conducting social listening exercises, analyzing content performance, and preparing reports that outline trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • React to real-time trends seeking out low risk, high priority opportunities to produce agile content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sponsorship programs, events, and ad campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a team of two direct reports.
  • Network through virtual and in-person events.
  • Additional projects as needed.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, and/or Marketing or similar field.
  • At least 3-5 years of social media and digital marketing experience specific to consumer goods products.
  • Ability to use social media channels and analytical tools; Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Facebook, YouTube, Google Analytics, Pinterest, Instagram, Tik Tok, and more.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital research.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once while actively listening and being proactive.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Time Management, Project Management, and Relationship Building skill set.
