Digital Marketing Strategist (Onsite/hybrid or can be remote \- Colorado Springs, CO)
Intero Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join their team.
The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for planning, developing, and assisting team members with implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns for the agency’s clients. This role will also be responsible for guiding and training other account coordinators and onboarding specialists in the team on strategy for their clients.
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded digital marketer with experience and skills in many areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, CRO, Lead Generation, and Automation.
Key Responsibilities

Create digital marketing strategies for the agency’s portfolio of clients on a quarterly or as needed basis.

Communicating the strategy to the clients quarterly on the phone and on an as needed basis.

Research different industries and stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tactics as they relate to these industries.

Monitor and measure the success of strategies implemented by the team and make future adjustments to ensure productive results for clients.

Provide training to the employees on an as-needed basis.

Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices for digital marketing.

Identifying upgrade opportunities for clients based off their goals and the digital marketing services they are engaged with and helping ensure action is taken on those opportunities.

Effectively communicate the tactics from created strategies to help the team enact the vision.
Key Qualifications
-
5+ years in the digital marketing industry.

3+ years of experience as a digital marketing strategist or similar role.

Knowledge and experience with omni-channel digital marketing.

Knowledge and experience with SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, CRO, Lead Generation, and Automation.

Knowledge and experience with a wide variety of digital marketing tools.

Knowledge and experience with calculating ROI and KPIs.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Organization and time management skills.

Bachelors or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing or other related fields.
