Bottom Line Marketing is hiring a dynamic Digital Marketing Strategist to become a crucial part of our rapidly expanding Digital Media Team! As a Digital Marketing Strategist, your mission will be to craft and execute paid advertising campaigns across a diverse array of eCommerce-driven channels. These include (but are not limited to): Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, YouTube PreRoll, OTT/Streaming, and TV Advertising. You'll forge tight-knit partnerships with our esteemed clients, immersing yourself in their business objectives and crafting strategies that translate into tangible, measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess an unparalleled grasp of digital media buying best practices specifically tailored to elevate the performance of our B2C, B2B, and eCommerce clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement paid media campaigns tailored to various e-commerce clients, leveraging platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Continuously monitor and fine-tune campaigns to enhance return on investment (ROI) and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to e-commerce objectives
  • Manage and scrutinize advertising budgets, pacing and delivery timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of e-commerce campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth research, develop e-commerce-focused campaign strategies, and optimize performance based on real-time data.
  • Conduct thorough research on target e-commerce audiences, optimal ad placements, and platform trends to inform and elevate e-commerce marketing strategies for clients.
  • Generate and deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly performance reports ,highlighting e-commerce, complete with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous growth a
  • Foster synergy with organic social and digital media departments to ensure seamless alignment of e-commerce marketing strategies across all digital channels.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and engagement pitches for potential e-commerce clients, offering insights and expertise in crafting winning strategies.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong educational foundation relevant to e-commerce marketing.
  • Accumulate a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in overseeing paid media campaigns, with a notable focus on Paid Social and Paid Search, encompassing end-to-end responsibilities, including campaign setup, optimization, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Exhibit a proven track record of executing successful campaigns tailored specifically for the e-commerce sector, showcasing expertise in driving online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrate a robust command of Meta Business Suite and Meta Business Manager, with the ability to proficiently navigate and utilize these platforms to achieve e-commerce objectives.
  • Possess hands-on experience with Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking, highlighting a deep understanding of tracking and optimizing e-commerce conversion paths.
  • Experience with Shopify is a valuable asset, indicating a familiarity with e-commerce platform ecosystems and the ability to leverage Shopify for optimal campaign performance.
  • Holding a Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous, underscoring a commitment to staying current with the latest e-commerce advertising practices within the Meta ecosystem.
  • Holding a Google Ads certification is also a beneficial credential, signifying competence in leveraging Google Ads for e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Showcase exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for effectively conveying e-commerce campaign strategies, results and recommendations to clients and team members
  • Exhibit a strong ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, a critical attribute for managing multiple e-commerce campaigns, meeting deadlines, and adapting to dynamic market conditions in real-time.
