JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Strategist will play a key role in developing and scaling Shake Shack's rapidly growing digital marketing program. You are naturally curious and eager to uncover meaningful insights using all available tools/data sets to drive the business forward. This role will be tasked with scrutinizing media performance daily to drive efficient customer acquisition and increasing customer LTV using tactics such as customer journey marketing, advance targeting, and real time data.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms including but not limited to Paid Social, Search, App Stores, Video, Display, Programmatic, Affiliate, OTT/CTV, and other digital channels
  • Key day-to-day point of contact for digital agencies and partners that manage Shake Shack's media execution, attribution, and location listings
  • Successfully maintain agendas and workstreams to accomplish business goals and ensure campaign success
  • Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Analyst and other analytics functions to manage the requirements of reporting dashboards to generate actionable insights and apply these insights to marketing campaigns
  • Ensure marketing efforts are tracking back to goals using core KPIs including ROAS, CPA, Cost Per Install, and engagement metrics
  • Familiarity with both online and app acquisition measurement and KPIs is essential
  • Use dashboards and other reporting sources to proactively analyze performance trends to identify, communicate, and capitalize on digital marketing performance opportunities across platforms, audiences, creative, and technologies.
  • Work with the design and copy teams to concept and brief in new ad concepts that satisfy brand objectives and meet our established performance goals
  • Develop and oversee creative measurement and reporting to build best-in-class creative framework
  • Develop testing plans (creative, segment/audience, bidding, etc.) to maximize media investment value and traffic; share insights with Marketing team to strategize and determine product changes
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Brand and Customer Insights to execute full-funnel digital campaigns in support of awareness, consideration, and purchase KPIs
  • Maintain strong knowledge of digital advertising and competitive trends
  • Oversee invoicing process and reconciliation with external media partners/agencies and accounting teams (familiarity with Workday procurement is a plus)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • 2+ years' experience in digital/growth marketing or demand generation
  • Previous Experience in Performance / Growth Marketing at a DTC or QSR/Hospitality brand preferred
  • Working knowledge and mastery of digital campaigns, management, bidding and targeting strategies and optimization techniques
  • Results-oriented and data-driven mindset with a highly analytical view of A/B testing, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and analyzing campaign performance
  • Deep familiarity with ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, and LTV
  • Experience gathering qualitative and quantitative data and applying it to drive effective recommendations and decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to successfully manage internal and external partner relationships
  • Proficient in Excel, experience with Google Analytics and Tableau are a plus

Pay Range - $69,215.00 - $88,265.00
