Digital Marketing Strategist

Pittsburgh Pennsylvania (Hybrid/Remote)

$60,000-$90000+BONUS (salary based on experience)

The ideal candidate has experience in the Food + Beverage or agency industry, and is looking to work for a world renowned restaurant and run daily implementation of digital marketing initiatives while looking for ways to strengthen the brand, increase fan interaction, and optimize transaction routes. You'll collaborate with the Development of Menus, Operations, IT, Financial Analytics, Email Strategy, Loyalty Program, Fan Satisfaction, and Promotions.   • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
  • Manage Rewards loyalty program and relationship with Paytronix to drive membership, sales growth, engagement and frequency. Leverage Paytronix’ Data Insights team to identify actionable insights that lead to strategic program development and platform growth.
  • Team up with Marketing team to track + analyze existing third-party operations on platform, marketing including the management of budgets.
  • Based on the analysis of communications metrics, develop and put into practice communications strategies, and offer clients content depending on their actions;
  • Ensure that all digital ordering platforms' online menu copy and pictures are optimized and consistent. Work on materials with the creative team as necessary
  • Manage the website, as well as the web vendor partners connected to it, including CMS upgrades, landing page design, location management (SoCi), and ADA compliance (Userway)
  • Oversee budgets and manage day-to-day interactions with digital vendor partners while leading efforts to increase the efficacy and efficiency of all digital marketing channels with an emphasis on boosting profitable top-line revenue growth.

Ideal Experience:

  • 3-5 yrs overseeing and reporting on web, digital and social strategies.
  • Organization and written communication skills a must
  • Be able to multitask in-between different client accounts to every day tasks
  • Must have relationship management experience and see clients through onboarding->testing -> prelaunch -> beyond. Whilst also being aware of current trends
  • Must be go getter/self starter hungry to learn and grown within company.
  • Team player-> will work with multiple teams (IT, design, analytics, operations) to generate revenue, curate and see through launches
  • Food +Beverage - Retail Industry a plus
  • Prior role managing or working in digital advertising/marketing agency.
