Highlights of your role

* Partner with go-to-market teams to develop comprehensive digital plans for awareness and lead generation campaigns (SEO & SEM, digital advertising, email, landing pages, etc.) with measurable objectives.
* Lead discussions on digital best practices, campaign planning and digital capabilities.
* Work with other Digital Strategy team partners to implement, track, measure, assess and optimize efforts at varying levels of the campaign and across channels based on target objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to help define lead generation journey and any assets needed (landing pages, forms, etc.) for campaign lead generation and reporting.
* Educate internal partners on current state of digital marketing. Must have the ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts in a manner that is appropriate for an individual's digital marketing expertise.
* Lead problem solving thinking, including identifying problems with underperforming digital marketing strategies, developing, and evaluating options, and implementing solutions.
* Assist in the development of reporting benchmarks and dashboards; Measure digital program performance against KPIs; draw insights and learnings from marketing effectiveness.
* Challenge the status quo when necessary and influence innovation and investment in emerging digital capabilities that will position Marvin as a market leader.

You're a good fit if you have

* 3-5 years' experience in online marketing and/or digital analytics, either in-house or at an agency.
* Undergraduate degree in marketing, analytics, or related field.
* Experience planning and managing strategic digital marketing initiatives.
* Gaining support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale.
* Solid leadership and consensus building skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development.
