The Digital Marketing Strategist we hire must be organized, creative, forward-thinking, accurate and detail-oriented. The primary role of this position is product innovation and improvement.

Requirements

• Lead our Digital Marketing Strategy in Google Paid Search, Display Advertising, Video and Social
• Develop, execute and optimize digital marketing campaign from concept to launch
• Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, IT and other teams for product innovation
• Conduct in depth analysis of keywords as well as audiences that will improve results for all industries we serve
• Vet new digital capabilities
• Create and improve implementation documents
• Assist Digital Marketing Team on improved reporting through Google Analytics and J&L's Reporting Dashboard

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field is a plus
• 3 to 5+ years of Google Ads
• 3 to 5+ years of Google Analytics experience
• 3 to 5+ years of Facebook advertising experience
• Experience using Google Tag Manager or similar digital marketing platform
• Google Ads Certification
• Google Analytics Certification
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
