This role will lead the marketing strategy and tactics to drive our Gift Presentation (Gift Wrap), Keepsake and Hallmark Ornaments, and Celebrations (Party) business on Amazon. TheDigital marketing Strategistis one of the most critical positions on the Amazon team. The marketing plans -- specifically Amazon search -- drive the growth of Hallmark products on Amazon. As part of the Hallmark Amazon team, you will join a highly collaborative team, with a passion for charting new ground and driving growth for the company. WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE TheDigital Marketing Strategiston the Amazon team leads the formulation and implementation of digital marketing strategies on Amazon to drive sales of Hallmark Gift Presentation products, Ornaments, and Celebrations. You will be responsible for developing strategies to optimally market Hallmark products based on consumer insight and data. In this role you will develop marketing plans with cross-functional teams to bring together category strategies and tactics, business objectives, and consumer needs; then execute these plans and optimize them on a daily/weekly basis. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS The following is required to be considered for this role: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experience At least 1 year of experience in digital product marketing preferably in an e-commerce environment Working knowledge of Amazon and Search Engine Marketing/Search Engine Optimization (SEM/SEO) strategies PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Your resume and application will stand out if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or related field 1-5 years of experience in digital product marketing preferably in the Amazon environment Proven work experience in digital marketing strategy Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate customers to purchase Hallmark products online. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DCM, DART, Atlas) Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices, optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Prefer experience implementing and optimizing Amazon and Google AdWords campaigns. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software. Familiarity with web design and HTML.
