This role will manage the day-to-day operations and optimization for all paid ad campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and programmatic display (DSP) campaigns across multiple channels
The role does requires a candidate to have at least a couple of years of previous work experience, as the role requires quick start up with our platform tools: Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, Linked In Advertising.

Job brief
We are looking for a PPC (Pay Per Click) Specialist to run our global PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets.
In this role, you should be well versed in the principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be analytical and good with numbers.
Your goal is to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)
Specific Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Amazon, Yandex)
  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
  • Direct and coordinate the development of digital creative including display, social and paid search, and text ads
  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
  • Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards, quarterly reporting)
  • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
  • Maintain lead conversion connectivity with Salesforce Pardot for accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Leverage web analytics to evaluate audience behavior, paid channel attribution, engagement, and acquisition
Requirements
  • 2+ years of paid search / pay-per-click (PPC) experience
  • Direct Amazon paid search experience, e-commerce or online marketplace experience
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Amazon, Yandex) is preferred, Social Media platforms are a plus
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)
  • Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with strong math skills
  • Preference for experience in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite
  •  
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus
  • Spanish, Russian proficiency is a plus
