Our MI based client is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist :

What you'll do as the Digital Marketing Specialist :

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

• Onboard newly acquired businesses to a Heartland-based digital marketing plan

• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with staff

• Consult with staff to understand the goals and scope of the desired marketing program

• Analyze existing website traffic and internet activity related to the company

• Develops innovative strategies to attract customers to the company’s brand through various web-based marketing programs and search engine (SEO) techniques

• Design, build and maintain our social media presence for both sales growth and recruiting support

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

• Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service

• Oversees the implementation of online marketing plans; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such plans

• Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities

• Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget

• Collaborates with and coordinates communication among information technology, sales, research, and other departments to complete projects

• Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques

• Assists with the development of the organization’s website(s) to ensure its efficiency and efficacy

How you'll stand out as the Digital Marketing Specialist :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Communication, or related field required.

• At least three years of internet marketing experience with a proven and verifiable record of accomplishments required

• Great sense of humor

• High energy
