Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Knowledge and skills :
- Understanding of digital marketing leading practices and trends and the ability to apply them to current projects and digital strategies
- Ability to articulate clear and concise direction and feedback
- Adept project management abilities
- Can confidently and gracefully prioritize multiple projects under time constraints
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Passionate attitude with willingness and enthusiasm to own your own growth
- Technical skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Sheets
Job Experience :
- 3-5+ years of full-time digital optimization (e.g. Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or other marketing/content platforms)
- Prior experience within travel & hospitality a plus
- Experience presenting to all levels throughout an organization
- Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences
- Proven client-facing role experience working with teams on large scale, long-term projects
