*Content Development: Partner with marketing, product management, engineering, and sales teams to develop effective content (brochures, social posts, infographics, blogs, etc.) and sales enablement tools to drive impact and ROI.
*Copywriting: Author blog posts, brochures, ebooks, white papers, case studies and relevant content
*Reporting & Analytics: Support and advocate an analytical approach to content creation to generate the maximum impact from marketing efforts
*SEO: An understanding of traditional Search Engine Optimization practices like keyword research, link building, on-page optimization, etc.
*Website: Aid in maintenance of corporate website and develop new web pages and landing pages as needed.
*Paid Social: Optimize campaign creative for maximizing clicks and conversions, and drive quality targeted leads while minimizing costs
*Cross Functional Marketing: Partner with other marketing team members to support integrated campaigns and advise on the best use of digital tactics to support objectives.

*2-5 years' experience in B2B digital marketing
*Strong writing skills for heavy industry (ex. oil & gas, petrochemical, power, etc.). Writing skills should span various pieces, including social media, emails, blogs, application notes, white papers, brochures, promotional materials, website content, newsletters, invitations, presentations, and other projects as needed
*Experience with the full marketing mix and knowledgeable on current marketing communications trends and practices. Fluent in digital marketing utilization within a holistic marketing program.
*Strong business acumen along with willingness to gain knowledge about the customer, the competition, and issues impacting business, coupled with the ability to use this information to shape market content
*Values data and performance metrics to guide future optimization of content and approach
*Experience with WordPress, HubSpot and Google Analytics
*SEO experience directly or indirectly implementing website improvements
*Experience with persona-based marketing and creating content to target all phases of a buyer's journey
*Expertise in social media best practices, especially LinkedIn
*Design experience using Adobe creative tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus
*Virtual events experience a plus
