Responsibilities:

  • Works with sales and marketing leadership to implement digital marketing strategy to deliver on lead, conversion, and revenue goals
  • Supports new product launches through the development and execution of promotional campaigns
  • Manages consultants / agency on both on-page (technical) SEO and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search engine performance
  • Manages agency that implements paid search strategy to ensure alignment with brand and business initiatives
  • Manages digital campaigns including LinkedIn, email marketing, and others
  • Drives conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements through A/B testing website and e-mail campaigns
  • Measures and reports monthly performance of digital marketing initiatives against goals
  • Develops (designs and writes) new content supported by internal and external resources to be used for website, email campaigns, trade shows, online ads, etc.
  • Works with external photographers and video producers to take professional pictures and videos of products
  • Manages agency and vendor relationships (SEO/SEM, Copywriters, Design, Website Developers, etc.)
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates with all levels of the organization and team members with varying levels of digital expertise to accomplish goals and drive digital marketing initiatives
  •  
    Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of corporate and/or agency experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Digital marketing expertise in executing successful lead generation campaigns
  • Experience collating information to design and write new content for website pages, presentations, email messages, etc.
  • Design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with website updates and redesign using WordPress (content audit, technical SEO strategy, user experience considerations)
  • Experience implementing educational and product videos
  • Experience using email marketing tools to design and deploy marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com)
  • SEO experience directly or indirectly implementing website improvements
  • Experience with persona-based marketing and creating content to target all phases of a buyer's journey
  • Ability to take professional quality photographs
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering (or equivalent working experience)
