Rate: Up to $60,000/year DOE

Job Description:
A financial services company is in need of a FULL TIME Digital Marketing Specialist. This will be a direct hire position.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work the Director of Marketing and marketing team to launch and execute digital campaigns across many different channels.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ 3-5 years of experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
+ Experience developing and implementing integrated digital campaigns
+ Solutions focused and proactive problem solver
+ Organized and ability to meet deadlines
+ Team player
+ Knowledge of APIs is a plus
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords and marketing automation tools (i.e.Hubspot)
+ Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML and CSS
+ Experience in real estate or mortgage industry is a plus
+ Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus

Digital Marketing Specialist RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Work with team to plan and execute digital marketing projects including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, etc
+ Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing
+ Lead strategy for SEO/SEM, social media, marketing/advertising and digital outreach
+ Create all Facebook and Google pages for new branches
+ Oversee and manage changes to the corporate website & any accompanying landing pages
+ Work within the team to create integrations (Zapier, API, etc) to support platforms & campaigns
+ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
+ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
+ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
