Key Deliverables of Website Strategy role
Support the implementation of Fuels & Lubricants (F&L) digital marketing projects and initiatives
The role will have high interaction with marketing lines of business to support steady state activities
Strengthen understanding and use of steady state enhancements and content practices across all lines of business
Support business integration and management of change activities (post-website launch; May 2020)
Assist in delivering website projects that adopt the F&L Sitecore platform

Primary Functions/Responsibilities
Develop understanding of the strategic F&L Sitecore DMS platform and act as consultant to digital advisors and marketing LOBs on the platform capabilities
Help align marketing business requirements and Sitecore platform capabilities through active collaboration with digital advisors and lines of business
Develop understanding of the company project methodology to support projects on the horizon
Actively participate in ongoing and new projects to gather marketing requirements and align requirements to the strategic solutions
Assist with day-to-day steering of steady state activities and management of change activities on behalf of the LOBs
Understand and provide input to the digital platforms support processes
Help ensure digital advisors and lines of business understand new processes and market contacts (as applicable)
Assist digital advisors and lines of business with project requests, prioritizing enhancements requests and/or content requests
Document and provide access to work practices for steady state activities and platform support
