In this role, your core responsibility will be Content Strategy and placement, SEO, paid search, and digital advertising.  You’ll focus on bringing in new client or candidate prospects, managing our digital brand and the digital experience of our prospects and customers. This role is based in Newark, DE and cannot work remotely.

 

What you’ll do:

 Inbound Marketing

  • Work with Creative and Sales to develop multi-channel campaigns to generate, nurture and qualify leads
  • Ensure campaigns align with the company’s strategic directions and reach appropriate target audiences
  • Meet monthly /yearly lead generation goals.

Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Advertising

  • Develop and manage strategies to optimize Integrity’s SEO
  • Partner in development of optimized content for digital channels including the corporate website, campaign microsites and landing pages
  • Ensure that PR, advertising and social media activities complement SEO strategies

Marketing Automation

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective content workflows for lead generation, lead nurturing, demand generation and revenue generation.
  • Identify/utilize suite of digital marketing and automation tools to carry out campaigns and measure success
  • Manage lead scoring and distribution to field sales teams

Analytics and Reporting
 

  • Utilize CRM data to generate targeted customer lists for industry, persona or account-based campaign
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics of campaigns and set up test plans to improve results
  • Track digital marketing best practices, monitor industry trends and make recommendations.

Social Media

  • Coordinate content development to extend audience reach and subject matter expert participation
  • Monitor social media activity and coordinate proper responses for engagement
  • Partner with the creative team to develop content/messaging to meet lead generation goals.

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing Strategy
  • BA in Marketing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and have the discipline to achieve long term goals, while still managing short term needs
  •  Experience with analytical tools and the ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
  • Experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, social, SMS, web analytics, CRM, business intelligence, and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot
  • Strong execution capability with the highest standards in a rapidly evolving business
  • An online portfolio of work demonstrating digital marketing experience across a range of projects, brands, and/or industries.
