Description
General Responsibilities
Brainstorming and developing digital marketing programs in support of internal priorities.
Updating and maintaining company's social media pages, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin.
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the company's four websites including company intranet.
Measuring and reporting performace of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess agains goals (ROI and KPIs)
writing, website management, and software experience. indesign, wix, hootsuit, and AP writing
but we expect that they would be able to take on a project and handle it independently.
Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing and/or bachelor's degree in Marketing
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience in developing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Wix, Squarespace, SharePoint, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Constant Contact and Hootsuite
Detail and results oriented
Good interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
