Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Rate: up to $30.00/hour

Digital Marketing Specialist needed to join a growing company in an exciting technology space. This is an ongoing, onsite freelance opportunity in the Barton Creek area, up to 40 hours a week starting August 19.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for initiating, creating and executing cross-channel digital marketing campaigns. This includes promoting case-studies, webinars, and revenue generating content, as well as overseeing email and SEM campaigns. At your core you're an expert in marketing automation and digital marketing best practices.

Experience Required:
- 5+ years work experience in digital marketing strategy and execution, preferably utilizing CRM Pardot.
- Experience optimizing landing pages
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to guide users through the sales funnel
- Pardot Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Optimize spend and performance based on campaign insights

Software and Skills:
- Pardot
- Google Analytics and Google Adwords
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
