Job Description:

Provide strategic direction and delivery of multiple internal and external digital marketing projects that directly support the Company’s strategic objectives; Implement, track and analyze digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels; reports directly to the department director.

 

 Responsibilities:

·         Brainstorming and developing digital marketing programs in support of internal priorities

·         Updating and maintaining Company’s social media pages, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn

·         Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the company’s four websites including company Intranet

·         Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

·         Planning and managing the company’s ongoing e-marketing campaigns

·         Identifying trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

·         Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the client experience

·         Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

·         Generating monthly reports on the company’s marketing campaign performance

·         Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
