Description

The Automobile Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to:

  • Protect the legal, financial and moral wellbeing of the Larry H. Miller Dealerships;
  • Maintain integrity between website properties and 3rd party advertisers.
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with Dealership Management (specifically General Managers) to enhance retail productivity
  • Be a mentor to support and develop direct reports to achieve their annual goals and to be successful within the organization;
  • Maintain an active and open dialogue with peers to foster knowledge sharing across teams;
  • Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service;
  • Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful.

Reports to: Director of Digital Marketing

Primary Duties:

  • Manage setup and troubleshooting of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google My Business.
  • Oversee Google Search Console, catalog outdated website codes.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Google AdWords for Product Listing Ads and Dealership Search Engine Marketing (SEM) spend.
  • Assist in executing site speed tests, UI/UX best practices and site Schema code mark up.
  • Oversee and maintain LHMAuto.com website, reputation management, and social media monitoring.
  • Increase overall quality of digital visitors through online advertising mediums with a congruent message propagation.
  • Test and maintain new mediums and other advertising products for optimal success.
  • Proactively work with the General Manager, Digital Service Advisor and other marketing stakeholders to coordinate digital and traditional media into one succinct message.
  • Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.
  • Regular attendance and timeliness as set forth within the work schedule designated by department supervisor/manager is required.
  • Perform all other duties as requested by management
