As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing aspects of our in-house digital marketing initiatives such as Email Marketing, Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Marketing. As a Digital Marketing specialist, you must be able to problem solve, prioritize, write intriguing content, make a decision and conduct research. Using these skills, you will identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of website visitors, obtain a high-ranking in search engine results pages, create email campaigns and manage various social media accounts. Responsibilities ? Analyze keyword costs, ad copy, landing pages, and cost per lead and per conversion ? Create Email Campaigns ? Measure results and optimize campaigns ? Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Click Dimensions. ? Identify and inform colleagues of marketing opportunities, potential risks, and other key issues. ? Detailed implementation of SEO best practices, including URL structure, Title Tags and Headings, Meta descriptions, internal links, backlinks, and SEO creative content ? Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure delivery of highest quality services and greatest value. ? Collaborate with colleagues in the implementation of campaigns for effective reporting and return on investment (ROI) measurement. Regular internal reporting on account metrics and aggregate performance. ? Conduct competitive and keyword research on a regular basis. ? Set up reporting and ROI tracking within internal tracking systems and Google Analytics. Properly link AdWords with Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics. ? Provide analysis of paid media campaign performance and devise actionable insight for improvement. ? Project planning and prioritization for execution, reporting and delivery in an organized and timely manner.
