The Creative Group is searching for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead all digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate will implement and manage digital technologies, initiate effective online marketing campaigns that translate business goals into activity that increases brand awareness, promotes firm products and services in addition to driving prospects to conversions through an understanding of consumer trends and demands. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan under the Director of Marketing, ranging from brand awareness to product promotion, as well as web content management across various digital mediums. RESPONSIBILITIES ? Responsible for leading the strategy and execution required for building and enhancing the customer experience ? Provide strategic direction and leadership for the eBusiness organization that oversees all online efforts ? Accountable for creating and leading the strategic plan to leverage key customer insights into action in order to ensure a seamless view of the customer?s journey and highlights opportunities to build customer engagement and loyalty ? Ensure customer insights are shared across the firm to improve both customer experience and business results ? Drive integration with key internal groups including IT, Product Marketing and Sales to deliver online initiatives that support key business objectives ? Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the integration of the brand across the organization ? Oversee the management and continued expansion of the core infrastructure elements that are leveraged across the organization including technology, agency partners and internal resources ? Leverage traditional and emerging channels including SEM, social and mobile to extend messages and deepen customer relationships ? Create and implement organic and paid social media strategy and supervise daily activity ? Manage email marketing campaigns in Pardot, including best practices for planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization ? Drive email and marketing content management system automation including drip marketing campaigns, creating lead nurturing programs, lead scoring, web forms, landing pages and associated templates ? Contribute to interactive press and social media efforts, including ad-hoc digital and video projects ? Build, test, send, and analyze the success of all email campaigns, while adhering to stringent quality-control standards ? Provide post-event campaign analysis and reporting for integrated email and digital ad campaigns ? Post, maintain and audit website content, working in collaboration with the Marketing, software, key stakeholders and external partners in the ongoing maintenance and website development, including HTML copy and an online content library
