Job Summary:

DDC is seeking a highly qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the planning, execution, and optimization of its content marketing efforts. The specialist will serve as a key member of the DDC Marketing Team in support of DDC and family of companies. Leveraging an in-depth understanding of digital platforms and tools, the role will drive brand awareness and engagement among stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will combine creativity and marketing acumen to enhance the organization’s brand in alignment with growth strategies. The position requires excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in support of cross-functional teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns across various digital channels, including website, social media, email, search engines, and other channels.• Manage website through content creation and maintenance to build brand engagement while ensuring publishing of timely, relevant content• Manage family of companies’ social media platforms by developing social media strategies, creating content calendars, and building and scheduling posts to build brand awareness among target markets.• Lead the development and distribution of press releases and other external marketing communications.• Coordinate, develop, and publish DDC newsletter and support content development for other internal marketing initiatives.• Support DDC and family of companies’ content marketing strategies and messaging through various communication outlets (i.e., conferences, events, campaigns) • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, including optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategies to maximize organic traffic and improve search rankings.• Measure and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns and implement insights to drive marketing strategy.• Conduct market research and analyze trends and technologies to identify and recommend new opportunities and improve campaign performance.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.• At least three years of experience in digital marketing or related field.• Strong understanding of and experience with digital marketing channels (i.e., content marketing, social media marketing, and SEO).• Strong experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).• Highly proficient in content management development platforms (i.e., WordPress, HubSpot).• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.• Proficient in graphic development platforms (i.e., Adobe Creative Cloud).• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.• Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, plan, and organize.• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and efficiently respond to changes in requirements.
