Summary: As part of the Marketing team, this position will implement and manage various digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
General (including, but not limited, to the following)

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with the brand's messaging and target audience.

Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve results.

Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience to increase conversions and improve search engine rankings.

Manage and maintain social media accounts, engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor online reputation.

Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Minimum Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.

A background in design or graphic design skills would be highly advantageous.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.

Proficient in social media management, content creation, and email marketing.

Familiarity with SEO techniques and best practices.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising or a related field.
