What the role entails

  • Develop and drive digital marketing strategies, taking ownership of day-to-day operations and success.
  • Manage budgets for social ad spend across various platforms, planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in expanding digital marketing strategies through roadmap development.
  • Edit and occasionally develop new templates for WordPress websites and landing pages.
  • Ensure data integrity on internal and external websites, maintaining up-to-date information.
  • Manage literature stocks and external resources including print, video, photography, and web design.
  • Support SEO implementation, copywriting, and layout of advertisements.
  • Lead campaigns from concept to launch, supervising the inventory of corporate artwork and media.
  • Understand and implement channel best practices and media unit types.
  • Develop and manage content calendars across social platforms, reporting regularly on campaign performance.
  • Draft emails, social media content, blog posts, and ad copy, ensuring SEO best practices.
  • Maintain digital properties including presentations and collateral.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets, reporting on digital marketing campaign performance.
  • Oversee CRM integrations, lead nurturing activities, and lead outcome reporting.
  • Produce quarterly internal marketing updates.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or brand environment


  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot and inbound marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of local SEO practices and website management.
  • Exceptional project management skills, adaptable to a dynamic environment.


  • Social Media Management across various platforms for brand visibility and engagement.
  • Google AdWords Campaigns: Implement and monitor PPC campaigns for optimal ROI.
  • HubSpot Proficiency for inbound marketing strategies and CRM.
  • Local SEO optimization including managing Google My Business listings.
  • Analytics: Track performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Website Management: Ensure content alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Design Skills: Use Canva for creating digital content.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects in an agile environment.
  • Branding: Maintain brand identity through digital channels.


  • Proven ability in leading SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Data analysis skills with a focus on evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience in Email Marketing Platforms like Constant Contact or Mail Chimp.
  • Proficiency in running paid social campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, HTML, and back-end website development.
  • Experience with Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking, self-motivation, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO research tools like MOZ, Google Keyword Planner, SEM Rush.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with effective project management abilities.


  • Must be able to lift maximum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasionally required to travel.

Salary $65,000-$75,000 per year
