The Digital Marketing Specialist builds, edits, and monitors content across digital channels, including websites, email, webcasting, and social networks. This position drives and prioritizes a queue of requests in conjunction with other members of the digital marketing team, advising stakeholders of timelines and status while meeting deadlines and SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Build marketing emails using Marketo, adhering to brand design standards

  • Update Moss Adams websites using Kentico content management system to build pages and publish edits

  • Create event campaigns for webcasts and in-person seminars

  • Distribute content and appropriate posts to other digital channels, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Vimeo

  • Maintain website governance and ensure pages conform to brand and design standards; perform regular quality assurance checks, and utilize a variety of tools to monitor website health across uptime, site speed, SEO, and link quality metrics

  • Monitor website for errors and functionality problems, troubleshooting as appropriate and elevating complex situations to other digital marketing team members

  • Monitor website analytics using SiteImprove, providing reporting and insights to marketers as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, emphasis in Marketing or a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience working in a professional services environment preferred

  • Demonstrated experience administering website and digital channels as a primary function

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and content management systems, Marketo and Kentico preferred

  • Basic knowledge of HTML

  • Experience with website analytics systems and versed in digital marketing KPIs

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others

  • Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner

  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 10%
