AGDATA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive digital marketing initiatives and lead our lead generation efforts aimed at promoting our agricultural data management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, generate leads, and establish AGDATA as a thought leader within the agricultural sector.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Drive Digital Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies specifically focused on lead generation within the agricultural industry, leveraging various channels such as website, blog, social media, email, and online advertising.

2. Create Compelling Content: Develop and distribute high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership articles, to educate and engage our target audience and capture leads.

3. Thought Leadership: Establish AGDATA as a thought leader in agricultural data management by producing authoritative content, participating in industry forums, speaking at conferences, and engaging with industry influencers.

4. Comprehensive Campaign Management: Manage all aspects of lead generation digital marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization, with a focus on maximizing ROI and driving qualified leads.

5. SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility of AGDATA's content and thought leadership initiatives within the agricultural community.

6. Social Media Management: Manage AGDATA's social media presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, with a specific focus on thought leadership tactics, including content creation, posting, and engagement, to position AGDATA as an industry leader and attract leads.

7. Utilize LinkedIn, ZoomInfoUSA, and Facebook: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfoUSA, and Facebook for targeted outreach and lead generation efforts, including identifying and connecting with key decision-makers and potential leads within the agricultural sector.

8. Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and revenue targets, ensuring a seamless transition of leads from marketing to sales.

9. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and optimization.

10. Reporting and Recommendations: Provide regular reports and updates to management on the performance of lead generation campaigns and thought leadership initiatives, along with recommendations for optimization and future strategy development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on driving digital marketing initiatives and lead generation, preferably within the agriculture or technology sector.

- In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies, digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media analytics platforms, with the ability to track and measure lead generation performance metrics.

- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content, including white papers and thought leadership articles, targeted at agricultural audiences.

- Experience using LinkedIn, ZoomInfoUSA, Facebook, and other social media platforms for targeted outreach and lead generation efforts.

- Creative thinker with a passion for leveraging digital technologies to drive business results, generate high-quality leads, and establish thought leadership.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) and knowledge of agricultural practices and terminology are a plus.
