We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on client management, local marketing strategy, website content updates and SEO, and a basic understanding of HTML to support our AlphaGraphics centers with their local digital marketing presence. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can effectively design and implement marketing strategies, manage and enhance websites through content optimization, and draw upon client-facing skills to interact with AlphaGraphics owners and employees.

What we expect of you:

Content Strategy:

Collaborate with AlphaGraphics centers and the digital marketing team to develop and implement local content strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions for AlphaGraphics centers.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for web content and SEO.

Website Content Management:

Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, freshness, and alignment with our organization's objectives.

Utilize basic HTML to make precise updates and modifications to the website, including text formatting, links, and image integration.

Troubleshoot and fix HTML-related issues as needed.

SEO Content Optimization:

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and performance.

Monitor and analyze SEO performance to make data-driven improvements.

Quickly learn and adapt to new content formats and tools as needed.

Client-Facing Skills:

Interact professionally and knowledgeably with AlphaGraphics owners, serving as the primary point of contact for their digital marketing needs.

Understand and address the requirements of center owners and ensure their satisfaction with digital marketing initiatives.

Use your expertise to support the development of training materials for centers.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and assess the performance of website content and SEO efforts.

Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies for lead generation.

Communicate results to centers and internal teams.

Effectively use attribution modeling and conversion metrics to demonstrate campaign performance and ROI.

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Prior experience with client-facing roles or customer support.

2+ years professional experience in digital marketing, web content management, or a related role.

Understanding of HTML and the ability to make website updates independently.

Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new tools, technologies, and content formats.

Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices with an open-minded approach to rapidly changing technologies.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Familiarity with web analytics tools for data interpretation, e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website platforms.

Knowledge of SEMRush, AHrefs, or similar SEO software.

Certifications in digital marketing or SEO, if available.

Familiarity with web development and coding languages (e.g., CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Basic graphic design and multimedia skills are also a plus.

Base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year
