We are seeking a motivated and savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and generate MQLs that convert to revenue, primarily through strong social and SEM paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving digital strategy and enhancing our online ad presence to achieve our marketing goals.

What You'll Do:

  • With a strong customer focus, intimately learn the customer personas and markets and think creatively about the best ways to get in front of and engage with our target market.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and end-to-end campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement across various digital platforms-including paid social media, email marketing, PPC and display ads, and other digital advertising tactics-all the way through the handoff to the BDR team to qualify or directly to demo. This includes developing retargeting and nurture campaigns to move leads through the funnel.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, LinkedIn (and other social channels), ZoomInfo Marketing OS, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative to create high-quality content for various digital platforms and utilize existing content to adjust for different demand generation tactics.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing nurtures and segmentation strategies.
  • Leverage SEO keywords from webmaster to develop PPC strategies to drive web traffic and lead generation.
  • Manage all paid social content, budget, and implementation.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within the industrial space.
  • Experience with SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including Google Analytics, ZoomInfo Marketing OS, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent writing and story-telling skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Leverage data analytics to determine which tactics are working and which are not, and to optimize performance based on results. Look for ways to continuously improve the team's performance.
  • Scrappy mentality with ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.

We have a distributed team that works remotely across locations in the United States. We are open to candidates from most states but collaboration within core working hours is required.
