Compensation: $70,000 - 80,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Position Summary:
Falck is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the US Commercial Team in itsmarketing, engagement, and business development efforts. This position will help develop and implement the marketing strategy, create social media content, and manage associated platforms. In addition, the Specialist will collaborate with the Commercial Team to support US operations and other business lines.This position will require occasional travel to other locations.
Responsibilities:
Marketing/Social Media
•Interface and direct contact with internal Falck stakeholders and external marketing agencies.
•Assist in the creation, development, review, approval, and moderation of national and operation-specific social media content.
•Ensure communication compliance.
•Co-create and launch strategic marketing campaigns.
•Manage and present digital marketing KPIs.
•Collaborate with People & Culture to develop and implement employee initiatives.
•Support collection and aggregation of activities to enhance internal and external reporting.
•Assist in keeping and maintaining effective communication with emergency medical service (EMS) agencies, Government, and elected officials.
•Help prepare internal and external communications, both verbal and written while maintaining professionalism
•Assist with request for proposal (RFP) preparation and response writing.
•Adapt/update project plans and supporting materials based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise.
•Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout project life cycles.
•Various duties as assigned.

•Teamwork oriented, but able to work independently.
•Strong understanding of business operations and procedures.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent organizational and planning skills.
•Demonstrated experience simplifying complex concepts into concise visual formats.
•Willingness to travel, as needed.
Education:
•Associates Degree in related field.
•Professional in digital marketing, advertising, public relations, or documented experience in a related field.
Experience:
•EMS experience a plus
•Two (2) years in digital marketing areas preferred.
Technical skills: Microsoft 365, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blink, and Hootsuite.
