The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a part of the Digital Marketing team and will lead the day-to-day operations of our websites and digital marketing programs. With the goal of improving the customer experience across our digital experiences and working to develop effective campaigns, & SEO/SEM activities.
In This Role You Will:
Web Content, UX and development
- Assist in the development, creation, and publication of digital design assets on an ecommerce website.
- Coordinating creation of new pages and promotions
- Manage all agency and brand communications
- Manage ecommerce merchandising- product catalogs
- Execute seasonal campaigns (page builds, product set up, testing) and A/B testing
- Support sku/ordering/account/ page issues
- Lead day-to-day website operations including web content management, technical site maintenance, localization, content optimization research/implementation to improve discoverability (SEO), user experience, and conversion
- Monitor overall web performance/tracking using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager and provide evidence based recommendations to improve user experience, engagement, and acquisition by channel (including preparing on-demand reporting and quarterly web performance report.)
Paid Search and Analytics
- Assist in digital campaign project management and SEM
- Deliver analytics and regular reporting for digital media and website campaigns that drive back to our product website along with recommendations on optimizations for content or A/B tests for home page images
- Assist in any campaign activity in partner ecommerce platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of working experience as a digital marketer in a B2B or B2C organization
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms required (Google Analytics Academy badges a plus)
- Ecommerce website experience and Brightedge knowledge is a plus
- Experience working in a CMS platform (preferably Adobe Commerce- Magento, Drupal)
- Experience with key digital marketing topics: email marketing, SEO, SEM
- Ability to troubleshoot front-end functionality issues
- Strong UX sensibility and empathy for the user
- Strong familiarity with responsive design principles and usability best practices.
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and take the initiative without prompting
- Able to communicate transparently and confidently to all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing and verbally
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and work independently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in order to effectively gather requirements as it relates to a given project.
